Happy Groundhog Day!

That darn groundhog saw his shadow today which means we have 6 more weeks of winter.  Guess I’m not too surprised, judging by the weather we’ve been having!  However, the real estate market is heating up regardless of the weather.

In the last 24 hours in Miami County & Johnson County, there have been 19 new listings and 20 that have went under contract (status changed to pending or show-for-back-up) in the MLS.  Whew!  How’s that for supply and demand?
